My New Favorite!

So at work, I sit for hours upon end doing phone surveys, and due to the fact that everyone hates doing them and no one really actually does them (except for the old people who live alone and have no one else to talk to) I have a lot of sitting time on my hands. So I have filled it with BOOKS! Yes, books! I average 2-3 novels and 40-50 Sudoku puzzles a week... no joke! However, I love it because I have read so many amazing books this semester! Kenny always jokes that I have a new book favorite every week (or every time I finish one), which is somewhat true! As such, I currently have a NEW favorite book... It is absolutely amazing and I think this one will stick my new favorite for a while (also it is so good that I am writing about it on here, letting everyone know it is my favorite... this makes it seem more permanent) ... it is just THAT GOOD! So without further delay, here it is, my new favorite book....

Jane Hayes is a seemingly normal young New Yorker, but she has a secret. Her obsession with Mr. Darcy, as played by Colin Firth in the BBC adaptation of Pride and Prejudice, is ruining her love life: no real man can compare. But when a wealthy relative bequeaths her a trip to an English resort catering to Austen-crazed women, Jane’s fantasies of meeting the perfect Regency-era gentleman suddenly become realer than she ever could have imagined. Decked out in empire-waist gowns, Jane struggles to master Regency etiquette and flirts with gardeners and gentlemen—or maybe even, she suspects, with the actors who are playing them. It’s all a game, Jane knows. And yet the longer she stays, the more her insecurities seem to fall away, and the more she wonders: Is she about to kick the Austen obsession for good, or could all her dreams actually culminate in a Mr. Darcy of her own?
It is absolutely amazing, it is full of twists that you never imagine! It is absolutely fabulous! I want to read it again as soon as possible! My new favorite chick novel! I give it five stars, two thumbs up, a 20 on a 1-10 scale, and all that other jazz!
